Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh permintaan waktu berkerja, kompensasi, dan keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja terhadap keinginan kerluar karyawan pada PT. Arisma Data Setia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Arisma Data Setia dengan sampel 75 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan permintaan waktu bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan kerluar karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Keseimbangan kehidupan bekerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Kata kunci : Permintaan waktu berkerja, Kompensasi, Keseimbangan Kehidupan bekerja, Keinginan keluar karyawan. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of time demand of work, compensation, and work life balance on turnover intention PT. Arisma Data Setia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is employee of PT. Arisma Data Setiawith 75 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results showedtime demand of worksignificant positive effect on turnover intention. Compensation significant negative effect on turnover intention.
