Abstract

The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship learning agility and commitment to change on back office employees PT. Graha Bumi Hijau . There were 100 respondents with a minimum position is Staff selected through purposive sampling. The instruments of this research use measurement tools which adapted and modified with 42 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.747 and 18 items for commitment to change (Herscovitch dan Meyer, 2002) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.752. Data analysis uses mean, standard deviation, and correlation techniques Product - Moment Pearson. The result showed that a positive and significant relation between learning agility and commitment to change (r = 0,909; p = 0,000). It means that the higher the learning agility an employee has, the higher his commitment to change. Keywords: Learning agility, commitment to change Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan learning agility dengan commitment to change pada karyawan back office PT. Graha Bumi Hijau . Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dengan level jabatan minimal Staff yang terpilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi dan modifikasi dengan total 42 item untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,747 dan 18 item untuk commitment to change (Herscovitch dan Meyer, 2002) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,752. Analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi, dan teknik korelasi Product – moment Perason . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara learning agility dengan commitment to change (r = 0,909; p = 0,000). Artinya semakin tinggi learning agility yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi commitment to change yang ada pada diri individu. Kata Kunci: Learning agility, commitment to change
