Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is the production division at PT. Bintang Sempurna, located in central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 100 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has no effect on employee performance. While motivation and work discipline affect employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing also shows the significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah divisi produksi pada PT. Bintang Sempurna yang berlokasi di Jakarta pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci : lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan.
