Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction in the BSD branch bjb. The type of quantitative research with the total population 119 respondens The sampling method used was non-propability sampling. The method of analysis used in this is study multiple linear regression. The results of study show that variables compensation, motivation, and workload simultaneosusly are having significant on job satisfaction. Partially variables compensation did not significantly influence employee job satisfaction, variables work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and workload variables had a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfactiom. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested that the company adjusts the salary according to the workload and responsibility of employees in their work. This research can be used as a reference material in developing advantages and perfecting deficiencies in the company. Keywords: compensation, work motivation, workload, employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja keryawan dibank bjb cabang BSD. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, jumlah populasi 119 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-propobility sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan untuk kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di sarankan perusahaan menyesuaikan pemberian gaji sesuai dengan beban kerja dan tanggung jawab karyawan dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam mengembangkan kelebihan dan menyempurnakan kekurangan pada perusahaan.
