Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, career development and transformational leadership on turnover intention of TTv product sales division employees at PT. XYZ. The type of quantitative research with the total population 115 employees of the TTv product sales division at PT. XYZ in the Jakarta area who have worked 1 year, the sample used is the entire population (non-probability sampling by taking samples using Jenuh samples with 115 employees. Results found in this study organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, career development have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and transformational leadership have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested to form a sense of employee involvement in the company, the company needs to clarify career paths to its employees, leaders within the company should provide support to their subordinates and companies also need to be more stringent in recruiting new employees. Keyword : Organizational Commitment, Career Development and Transformational Leadership and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan divisi penjualan produk TTv pada PT.XYZ. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 115 karyawan divisi penjualan produk TTv pada PT.XYZ wilayah Jakarta yang sudah bekerja 1 tahun, sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi (non-probability sampling dengan cara pengambiln sample menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 115 orang karyawan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepemimpinan transformsional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan membentuk rasa keterlibatan karyawan dalam perusahaan, perusahaan perlu memperjelas jenjang karir kepada karyawannya, pimpinan di dalam perusahaan sebaiknya memberi dukungan kepada bawahannya dan perusahaan juga perlu lebih ketat dalam merekrut karyawan baru.
