Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. The research population of all sales division employees at PT. XYZ with 33 people who have more than 1 (one) year working period. Nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Data analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership variables, compensation and work motivation together (simultaneous) significantly influence job satisfaction. Partially transformational leadership variables have an influence on job satisfaction, compensation variables have an influence on job satisfaction, and work motivation variables influence job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested, corporate leaders can pay more attention to input, be fair, give suggestions and support the achievement of goals so that they feel satisfied with compensation. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja keryawan di PT. XYZ. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan divisi penjualan di PT. XYZ dengan jumlah 33 orang yang memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 1 (satu) tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability dengan sampling jenuh. Analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di sarankan, pemimpin perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikan masukan, bersikap adil, memberikan sugesti dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan sehingga merasa puas akan kompensasi.
