Abstract
Motivation on Teachers’ Job Satisfication and this impacts on Teachers’ Performance. The method of analysis in this study was path analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The population in this study were high school theachers’ in SMK XYZ Kabupaten Bogor. The samples of 44 teachers’ were determined using saturated sampling. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. The results shows that competence has a positive and significant impact in teachers’ performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. The Teachers’ Competencies and Work Motivation both influence the Teachers’ Job Satisfication. Teachers’ Competencies, Work Motivation, Teachers’ Job Satisfication influence the Teachers’ Performance and Teachers’ Competencies has the most direct impact on Teachers’ Job Satisfication. Moreover, Teachers’ Performance has the direct impact on Teachers’ Performance. Keywords: Teachers’ Competencies, Work Motivation, Teachers’ Job Satisfication, Teachers’ Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dan dampaknya terhadap kineja guru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 44 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan uji koefisien jalur, Kompetensi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruh langsungnya terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kompetensi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru.
