Abstract
This study aims to identify the influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on JAC Group Employee Performance in Indonesia. There are fifty-two respondents (all employees). Data collection is done by questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative with correlative associative methods. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style had a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. It can be said that leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the study show that organizational culture is the variable that has the greatest influence on performance. Keywords: leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan JAC Group di Indonesia. Ada lima puluh dua responden (seluruh karyawan). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi merupakan variable yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja.
