Abstract
Employee performance is one of the capital for the company to achieve its objectives, therefore the performance of employees should get attention from the company, because the performance decreases from employees can affect the overall performance of the company, it has happened to PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog). The phenomenon in the field of employee performance of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog) tends to be low which is demonstrated by performance target achievement data not yet as target. This is because there are still problems such as employees come out of time, do not run the work in accordance with the procedure and do not perform the work in accordance with the corridor of organizational structure caused by various factors such as development of career, training, and competence run by the company is not maximally, Therefore, it is necessary to take comprehensive and in-depth assessment of the programs run by the company to improve employee performance. As for the purpose of this research yaittu to analyze the influence of career development, training, and competence on the performance of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog) both simultaneously and partially. The Data of this research is all employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog) amounting to 545 people, the sampling method used is a simplified sampling purposive sampling technique using Slovin formula so that the sample obtained as many as 90 respondents. The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression with T-Test and F-Test by using SPSS ver 21.00. The results showed that there was an influence on career development, training, and competence in the performance of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog) both simultaneously and partially. It shows the better competence that employees have and the more effective the company's training, and the better career development done by the company will increase the performance of employees in carrying out their work. Keywords: career development, training, competence and employee performance Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu modal bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya, untuk itu kinerja karyawan harus mendapat perhatian dari perusahaan, sebab menurunnya kinerja dari karyawan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan, hal tersebut sebagaimana yang terjadi pada PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog). Fenomena di lapangan kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) cenderung rendah yang ditunjukkan oleh data pencapaian sasaran kinerja yang belum sesuai target. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih terdapat permasalahan seperti karyawan datang tidak tepat waktu, tidak menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai dengan prosedur dan tidak melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan koridor struktur organisasi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya pengembangan karir, pelatihan, dan kompetensi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan belum maksimal, untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif dan mendalam terkait program yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan guna peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaittu untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, pelatihan, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) baik itu secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Data penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) yang berjumlah 545 orang, Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling purposive sampling yang disederhanakan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji-t dan uji-f yang dioleh dengan menggunakan SPSS ver 21.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karir, pelatihan, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) baik itu secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hal tersebut menunjukkan semakin baik kompetensi yang dimiliki karyawan dan semakin efektif pelatihan yang diselenggarakan perusahaan, serta semakin tepat pengembangan karir yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya.
