Abstract

In this digital era, social media is no stranger to society. From various types of circles already using social media to interact indirectly, one of the most popular social media is Instagram. Not only used to upload photos and videos, now Instagram can be used as a promotional media. Therefore, at this time many companies have taken advantage of Instagram opportunities to promote the goods or services of a company. In making promotional media design works using Instagram, the authors collaborate with one of the companies engaged in (washing services), namely Buana Laundry. Buana Laundry has been established since 1999 until now. With the design of promotional media, it is hoped that the public will be able to know and know Buana Laundry itself. The design of this promotional media focuses on digital marketing strategies, icons and photography. The strategy used is to categorize 3 posts containing information, entertainment and tips, then the work will be posted 3 times in one day. The use of icons and photography is used to display services from Buana Laundry and also to build a positive image for services and Buana Laundry With the promotion of media through Instgram, it is expected that the public will know more and trust the Buana Laundry services that have been offered, and are expected to increase the interest of the community towards Buana Laundry.
