Abstract
Instagram is a platform that is widely used by the public these days, especially to seek profits for online bussiness on Instagram, because of its practicality in promoting products. However, there is no system or security features when shopping on Instagram and the lack of public awareness before buying products on social media makes a lot of people who are not responsible to take advantage of this opportunity to commit online fraud. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information and appeals of online fraud to prevent it on Instagram and increase public awareness about online fraud. The main idea of design is infographics to be able to provide lots information about online fraud. The design will be done in a certain platform, Instagram. The design concept are using the feature on Instagram, namely Multiple-photo to be able to give an interactive and storyline impression to audience, with a simple combination of motion in the information section, by following current design trends that using soft colors and gradation style. In publishing infographics, collaborating with several online shops on Instagram to spread the infographics and running an exhibition called "Mosaic" at the Jakarta Creative Hub on July 22-23, 2019. From the results of the assessment from audience, it was found that the infographic was quite successful in attracting an audience from a visual perspective with the concept on using the Multiple-photo feature on Instagram, respondents also agree that fraud on Instagram is still common these days. Overall, the infographic can help the audience to understand the step to prevent online fraud on Instagram.
