Abstract

Pedestrians are part of the transportation system that is no less important than other modes of transportation. Although the act of walking looks very simple because walking is preferred to reach destinations such as shops, restaurants, cafes, etc., therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of suitability of facilities to support pedestrian safety and comfort, because if pedestrians experience disturbances it will affect other parts. of the transportation system. This study examined the volume of pedestrians, pedestrian speed and free space to evaluate the sidewalks and crossing facilities in front of SDN1, Kecamatan Office and Puskesmas Cipondoh, which in the end knows the level of services (LOS) at that location, then determines what type of facilities. that matches that location. Also examined the operational analysis of roads to determine the degree of saturation considering the high activity in front of SDN1, District Offices and Puskesmas Cipondoh is a generation of high side barriers. From the survey analysis that has been carried out for 3 days, namely Thursday December 17 2020, Saturday 19 December 2020 and Monday 21 December 2020 during peak hours, it is known that the LOS on the sidewalk in front of SDN1, the District Office and Cipondoh Puskesmas is B with a flow per 15 minutes (V15) of 5,60 ped / minute / ft, pedestrian space of 49.04 ft2 / ped and sidewalk LOS in opposite SDN1, Cipondoh District Office and Puskesmas is B with a flow per 15 minutes (V15) of 4.68 ped / minute / ft, pedestrian space amounting to 49.70 ft2 / ped. Meanwhile, the LOS of traffic flow at that location is C with a DS of 0.60 with an average space speed of 6.87 pcu / hour. The results of the evaluation also found that the existing crossing facilities were insufficient because the volume of pedestrians was high enough that it needed to be replaced by pelicans with waiting stalls. Pejalan kaki merupakan bagian dari sistem transportasi yang tidak kalah pentingnya dibandingkan moda transportasi lainnya. Walaupun tindakan berjalan kaki terlihat sangat sederhana karena kegiatan berjalan kaki lebih disukai untuk mencapai tujuan seperti toko, restoran, café, dll oleh karena itu perlu diperhatikan masalah kesesuaian fasilitas untuk mendukung keselamatan dan kenyamanan pejalan kaki, karena jika pejalan kaki mengalami gangguan akan mempengaruhi bagian lain dari sistem transportasi. Penelitian ini memeriksa volume pejalan kaki, kecepatan pejalan kaki serta ruang bebasnya untuk mengevaluasi trotoar dan fasilitas penyeberangan yang ada di depan SDN1,Kantor Kecamatan dan Puskesmas Cipondoh, yang pada akhirnya mengetahui level of services (LOS) pada lokasi tersebut, kemudian menentukan jenis fasilitas apa yang cocok dengan lokasi tersebut. Juga diperiksa analisa operasional ruas jalan untuk mengetahui derajat kejenuhannya mengingat tingginya aktivitas di depan SDN1, Kantor Kecamatan dan Puskesmas Cipondoh menjadi bangkitan hambatan samping yang tinggi. Dari analisa survey yang telah dilakukan selama 3 hari yaitu hari Kamis 17 Desember 2020, Sabtu 19 Desember 2020 dan Senin 21 Desember 2020 pada jam sibuk, diketahui LOS pada trotoar di Depan SDN1,Kantor Kecamatan dan Puskesmas Cipondoh adalah B dengan arus per 15 menit (V15) sebesar 5,60 ped/menit/ft, ruang pejalan kaki sebesar 49.04 ft2/ped dan LOS trotoar di Seberang SDN1,Kantor Kecamatan dan Puskesmas Cipondoh adalah B dengan arus per 15 menit (V15) sebesar 4,68 ped/menit/ft, ruang pejalan kaki sebesar 49,70 ft2/ped. Sementara itu, LOS arus lalu lintas di lokasi tersebut adalah C dengan DS sebesar 0,60 dengan kecepatan rata-rata ruang sebesar 6,87 smp/jam. Hasil evaluasi juga mendapatkan fasilitas penyeberangan yang ada tidak mencukupi karena volume pejalan kaki yang cukup tinggi sehingga perlu digantikan dengan pelican dengan lapak tunggu.
