Abstract
This study compares the measurement of compensation, career development, and workload on PT. Sukses Kelola Persada or Mangga Dua Square Trading Mall. This research is quantitative. The population is all employees of PT. Sukses Kelola Persada. The sampling technique was random sampling with a sample of 114 employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 test. The results of the t-test for the variable compensation and career development partially, increasing negatively, and workload had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The F-test results are 0,000 and smaller than 0.05. This indicates the variable Compensation, Career Development, and Workload together significant significance to Turnover Intention (H4 accepted). Normality test results showed 0.96, which means greater than 0.05. This means that residual data are normally distributed. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence on Intentio Turnover.
