Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of role conflict, workload and burnout on the turnover intention of PT. Sierra Cipta Kreasi. The object of this research is employees, who work at PT. Sierra Cipta Kreasi to the operations division. This study was conducted on 45 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Sierra Cipta Kreasi. Keywords: Role Conflict, Workload, Burnout, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran, beban kerja, dan burnout terhadap turnover intention PT. Sierra Cipta Kreasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Sierra Cipta Kreasi pada divisi operasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart- PLS. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
