Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Loyalty and Job Hoping in Millennials. The population in this study was 163 millennial generation employees of BPR Intidana Sukses Makmur. The sample used was 62 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses a probability test; simple random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on job hopping behavior. Loyalty has a negative and significant effect on job hopping behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Loyalty, Job Hopping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas dan Job Hoping pada Generasi Millenial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 163 karyawan generasi millenial BPR Intidana Sukses Makmur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 62 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampilng; simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku job hopping. Loyalitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku job hopping. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Loyalitas, Job Hopping.
