Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Workload, Work-Life Balance on Employee Engagement at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires using the ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 145 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For this reason, the data analysis method used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variable Emotional Intelligence, Workload and Work-Life Balance Influences Employee Engagement at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Therefore the test results of the research from this study stated that there was a simultaneous influence between the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Workload and Work-Life Balance on Employee Engagement at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosiona, Beban Kerja, Work Life Balance Terhadap Employee Engagement Pada Yayasan PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 145 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variable Kecerdasan Emosional, Beban Kerja dan Work Life Balance Berpengaruh Terhadap Employee Engagement pada PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional, Beban Kerja dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Employee Engagement pada PT Salim Ivomas Pratama.
