Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the effects of compensation, work-discipline, and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The population of respondents in this study is 74 respondents from Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. This sample research using in this research is saturation sampling. The method using in this research is SPSS Version 23. The results proved that compensation and organizational justice positively and significantly affected organizational citizenship behavior, but work-discipline is insignificantly affected by organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Compensation, Work – Discipline, and Organizational Justice. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan keadilan organisasional terhadap perilaku warga organisasi. Populasi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 responden dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi dan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional.
