Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test and analyze whether price, service quality, and store armosphere significantly influence repurchase interest at the Promises Jiwa Coffee Shop in Meruya. This study was conducted on 133 respondents using a survey technique with a questionnaire distribution tool. Methods of data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that partially, the price and store atmosphere variables have a significant effect on repurchase intention, but the service quality variable does not significantly influence the repurchase intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan store armosphere berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa di Meruya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 133 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survei dengan alat penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, variabel harga dan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, namun variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.
