Abstract

This study aims to analyze the spirit of development, job satisfaction and work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Shopee Indonesia's employees. The population in this study were 300 employees of PT. Shopee Indonesia. The sample used is as many as 75 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Methods of data methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Career Development, Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Work Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Shopee Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 karyawan PT. Shopee Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 75 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Karier, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja.
