Abstract

The design of air conditioner using the Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) module. In this study the author will design an air conditioner using the TEC module which will be controlled and monitored using an Android smartphone with Bluetooth HC-06 connectivity. The components for making this cooler include the Arduino Nano board, HC-06 Bluetooth Module, TEC Module, Fan, Heatsink, Relay Module, DS18B20 Temperature Sensor. The component is used for temperature measurement, cold air generator and connection with Android via Bluetooth. The test results of the design tool can communicate between android and the microcontroller with a Bluetooth connection, the automation system runs according to the program routing and the results of the room temperature reduction obtained from the design of this tool can reach 25ºC. with water temperature Outdoor Stable conditions at 30.5ºC. Keywords: Thermo Electric Cooler, Arduino, AC, TEC Perancangan alat Pendingin ruangan dengan memanfaatkan modul Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC). Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mendesain sebuah pendingin ruangan menggunakan modul TED yang akan di control dan di monitor menggunakan sebuah smartphone Android dengan konektivitas Bluetooth HC- 06. Komponen dalam pembuatan pendingin ini diantaranya adalah board Arduino Nano, Modul Bluetooth HC-06, Modul TEC, Fan, Heatsink, Modul Relay, Sensor Suhu DS18B20. Komponen tersebut digunakan untuk pengukuran suhu, penghasil udara dingin dan koneksi dengan Android via Bluetooth. Hasil tes uji alat rancangan dapat berkomunikasi antara android dan mikrokontroler dengan koneksi Bluetooth, system automasi berjalan sesuai ruting program dan hasil penurunan suhu ruangan yang didapat dari rancangan alat ini dapat mencapai 25ºC. dengan kondisi suhu air Outdoor Stabil pada Suhu 30.5ºC.
