Abstract
This study aims to determine "Relationship between Leadership Style and employee performance". The object of this research is the employees of PT. X especially the Technical employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses a saturated sample method with a total of 50 employees. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the Leadership Style and Performance of PT. X. Based on the results of the correlation test, obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a relationship between the Leadership Style and Performance. Correlation value of 0.612 which indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Employee Performance
