Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a relationship between the Islamic Work Ethic and Learning Agility at Islamic Boarding School XYZ employees, Bogor as an effort the Islamic Boarding School, educational institution is conducting a development program with the industry 4.0 digitalization method as a responsibility and readiness in facing and carrying out industrial globalization, that the government of the Republic of Indonesia has been declared. The Methodology research approach was based on survey data from 91 employees. Respondents used as research samples are comprehensive from the lower level to the top level, so that this study is able to get a picture of how much the character of Islamic work ethic with 2 dimensions, that is work ethic and social and learning agility behavior with 7 item dimensions that is Cognitive Perspective, Interpersonal Acumen, Change Alacrity, Drive to Excel, Self-Insight, Feedback Responsiveness, Environmental Mindfulness. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and Learning Agility, the higher a person's Islamic work ethic, the higher the learning agility. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah ada hubungannya antara Islamic work ethic dengan learning agility pada karyawan pesantren XYZ, Bogor sebagai upaya lembaga pendidikan pesantren tersebut sedang melakukan program pengembangan dengan metode digitalisasi industri 4.0 sebagai tanggung jawab dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi dan manjalankan globalisasi industri yang telah dicanangkan pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Metodologi pendekatan penelitian ini didasarkan pada data survei dari 91 karyawan. Responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah secara menyeluruh dari level bawah hingga level atas, agar penelitian ini mampu mendapatkan gambaran seberapa besar karakter dari Islamic work ethic dengan 2 dimensi yaitu work ethic dan social dan perilaku learning agility dengan 7 dimensi item yaitu Cognitive Perspective, Interpersonal Acumen, Change Alacrity, Drive to Excel, Self Insight, Feedback Responsiveness, Environmental Mindfulness Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Islamic work ethic dengan learning agility, semakin tinggi Islamic work ethic seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi pula learning agility.
