Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work enviroment and work stree on Turnover Intention at PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. The population in this study are all employees at PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. The sample used is a saturated sample of 50 respondents who are employees og PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Data collection method usding survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysismethode using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The result of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work enviroment has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress has no significant positive effect on turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. MRY Consulting Indonesia Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
