Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work overload, job burnout, and authoritarian leadership on employee turnover intention. The sample used in this study is saturated sample. The methods of data collection using survey method. The data analysis method using SEM- Partial Least Square. This study proves that work overload compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Job burnout has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Authoritarian leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Kata kunci : Work Overload, Job burnout, Authoritarian Leadership, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work overload, job burnout, dan Authoritarian Leadership terhadap turnover intention. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM- Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Job burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Authoritarian Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
