Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of dissatisfaction financial compensation, work stress, and job burnout on employee turnover intention. Population in this research is 62 employee. The sample used in this study is saturated sample. The methods of data collection using survey method. The data analysis method using SEM- Partial Least Square. This study proves that dissatisfaction financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Work stress has a positive and no significant impact on employee turnover intention. Job burnout has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Keywords : Dissatisfaction Finansial Compensation, Work Stress, Job Burnout, Turnover Intention, Outsourcing Management Employee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dissatisfaction financial compensation, work stress, dan job bunrout terhadap turnover intention. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM- Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dissatisfaction financial compensation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Work stress berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Job burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
