Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of workload, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of PT.Agriya Analitika. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Agriya Analitika. This study was conducted on 62 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress has a significant positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Agriya Analitika. Keywords: Workload, job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention PT. Agriya Analitika. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Agriya Analitika Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 62 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel beban kerja organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
