Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between faith at work and the meaning of work of Dompet Dhuafa employees. The number of participant in this study were 136 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. Faith at work will be measured using the faith at work scale and meaning of work will be measured using The Work and Meaning Inventory Scale (WAMI) measured tool. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative methods with Pearson correlation. The result of this study indicate that the value of r is 0.618 and p 0.000, which means the correlation value of faith at work and meaning of work is positively and significantly correlated. There is a relationship between faith at work and meaning of work. The conclution of this study, there is a relationship between faith at work and meaning of work which is positive and significant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faith at work dan meaning of work pada karyawan Dompet Dhuafa. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 136 responden. Tekhnik sampling dalam penelitian ini memakai accidental sampling. Faith at work akan dikur menggunakan alat ukur Faith at work Scale dan Meaning of Work akan diukur menggunakan alat ukur Work and Meaning Inventory Scale (WAMI). Tekhnik analisis pada penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai r 0,618 dan p 0,000 yang artinya nilai korelasi faith at work dan meaning of work berkorelasi positif dan signifikan, terdapat hubungan antara faith at work dan meaning of work. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada hubungan antara faith at work dan meaning of work yang positif dan signifikan.
