Abstract
Employee performance, especially in the production department, has a significant influence related to production costs, although there are other factors such as delays in production materials from suppliers, engineering materials / machine parts and delivery time to consumers. Related to Occupational Safety and Health in the industry, the commitment of top management to this problem is very influential on the performance of the organization. Several workplace accidents in the business sector have caused many casualties and certainly have been a loss for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety, occupational health and workload on the performance of the employees of PT X. Quantitative research design. The population of all PT X employees in the production section with a probability sampling technique that is a simple random sample using the Slovin formula found a sample of 106 employees. Analysis of multiple linear regression data obtained the results of the study there is a significant positive effect between variables of occupational safety, occupational health and workload on employee performance simultaneously and partially for occupational safety and occupational health. So the advice for the management of PT X is more focused on increasing the use of work equipment, preventive work health services and internal factors to improve the performance of PT X employees. Keywords: Safety, Occupational Health, Workload and Employee Performance Kinerja karyawan terutama pada bagian produksi memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terkait dengan biaya produksi walaupun ada faktor lain seperti keterlambatan material produksi dari suplier, material teknik / spare part mesin dan waktu pengiriman kepada konsumen. Terkait Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di industri komitmen manajemen puncak terhadap masalah ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, beberapa kecelakaan kerja di sektor usaha mengakibatkatkan korban jiwa yang tidak sedikit dan tentunya menjadi kerugian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Desain penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh karyawan PT X bagian produksi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas yaitu sampel secara acak sederhana dengan menggunakan rumus slovin ditemukan sampel 106 karyawan. Analisa data regresi linier berganda didapatkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara variabel keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial untuk keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja. Sehingga saran untuk pihak manajemen PT X lebih fokus pada peningkatan pemakaian peralatan kerja, pelayanan kesehatan kerja preventif dan faktor internal untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT X.
