Abstract

The research aims to identity the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work disciplinethe employee performance PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri.The respondends of this research are the employee at the company PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. This research was conducted with 80 respondents by using quantitative approach. SEM-PLS have employed in data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership stylehave been negative and significantly affect employee performance on PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Then, organizational culture and work discipline have been positive and significantly influence on the employee performance on PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Keyword: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Lalu, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
