Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influences of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance as mediated by Employee Engagement. The subject of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. As many as 100 respondents filled out the questionnaire, using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted in October 2019 until April 2020 in the office of PT XYZ. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software with path analysis approach. The results of this study show that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture do not positively and significantly influence Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Employee Engagement positively and significantly mediated the influences of Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture to Employee Performance.. Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi Employee Engagement. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT XYZ. Sebanyak 100 responden mengisi kuesioner, sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh dari 100 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 sampai bulan April 2020 di kantor PT XYZ. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan spftware analisis jalur SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sementara itu, Employee Engagement secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
