Abstract

Each individual will have different satisfaction rate according to value system prevailing in himself/herself. The objective of this research was to find out correlation of work burden and motivation to work satisfaction of employees at PT. Nurinda Cikupa, Tangerang. Population of this research was all employees of PT. Nurinda Cikupa, Tangerang with the number of sample as many as 66 respondents buy using quantitative descriptive approach. Data collecting method in this research by using questionnaires. Data analysis method used in this research was data quality test, they are validity test, reliability test while hypothesis test used equation Model Analysis with software Smart PLS 3.0. The result of the research shows that working motivation has positive and significant influence to the working satisfaction of employees at PT. Nurinda Cikupa Tangerang, while work burden of employees has no positive and significant influence to the working satisfaction of employees of PT. Nurinda Cikupa Tangerang. This is proved from validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test also shows that the significant value of both independent variables that back up hypothesis Keywords : work motivation, workload, job satisfaction Setiap individu akan memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan system nilai yang berlaku pada dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Nurinda Cikupa Tangerang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan PT. Nurinda cikupa tangerang dengan jumlah sampel 66 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis model persamaan (SEM) dengan softwareSmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Nurinda cikupa tangerang. Sedangkan, beban kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Nurinda cikupa tangerang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan uji hipotesis juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, beban kerja kepuasan kerja
