Abstract
The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of competence, job satisfaction, and work stress on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Surya Barutama Mandiri using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data in the study were obtained from 60 respondents who were permanent employees of the production division. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions for each of the following variables with reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between the influence of competence, job satisfaction and work stress on employee performance. The results of this study state that the variables of competence, job satisfaction and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: competence, job satisfaction, work stress, employee performance Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi produksi PT. Surya Barutama Mandiri dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 60 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap divisi produksi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara pengaruh kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
