Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect the discipline work , compensation, and coaching to the performance of employees on employees of production PT. Indoprima Bajaraksa. Population in this research is employees of production PT. Indoprima Bajaraksa totaling 94 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 76 employees. Method of sampling using Slovin method. Methods Data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study prove that the compensation variable and the training variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Keywords: Discipline Work, Compensation, Coaching and Employee Performance Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Indoprima Bajaraksa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi PT. Indoprima Bajaraksa yang berjumlah 94 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 76 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Pelatihan dan Kinerja Karyawan
