Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and workload on job satisfaction through work school conflict as a mediating variable. Respondent data is taken from Master’s degree students with status as employees who study at universities that have A accreditation in DKI Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability convenience sampling. The population is taken using the hair method in which the number of indicators is multiplied (5 -15) (53 x 5 so that 265 samples are obtained). The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that the results of this study indicate that the perception of organizational support has a significant effect on satisfaction but does not significantly influence work school conflict. Workload has a significant effect on satisfaction and also has a significant effect on work school conflict. Perceptions of organizational support and workload affect work school conflict. In addition, perceptions of organizational support, workload and work school conflict together affect work satisfaction. Keywords: perception of organizational support, workload, job satisfaction, work school conflict Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui work school conflict sebagai variael mediasi. Data responden diambil dari mahasiswa S2 yang berstatus sebagai karyawan yang kuliah di universitas yang memiliki akreditasi A di DKI Jakarta. Metode Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability convinience sampling. Populasi diambil memalui metode hair dimana jumlah jumlah indikator dikalikan (5 -15) (53 x 5 sehingga didapatkan 265 sample). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEMPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work school conflict. Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work school conflict. Persepsi dukungan organisasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap work school conflict.. Selain itu persepsi dukungan organisasi, beban kerja, serta work school conflict secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
