Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work environment, job Satisfactio, and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The population in this study wer employees of PT. Setrindo Prima Jakarta, and the total population in this study were 80 employees. The sample used were 80 respondent, calculated based on saturated samples. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that the Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job satisfaction has negative and not significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Stress has a positive and not significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Work Environment, job Satisfaction, job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Setrindo Prima Jakarta, dan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 80 responden, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerjaberpengaruh negatifdan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention
