Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Internal Conflict and Psychic Work Environment on Employee Stress at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. By using the SPSS 23.0 program, the respondents in this study were 61 employees, using saturated samples. The types of data and sources of data used in this study using respondents' answer data in the form of filling out questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. and also secondary data. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Internal Conflict and Psychic Work Environment influence the Job Stress of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. This is evidenced by the results of the simulta test (F test). Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on Employee Job Stress. Internal Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Stress and the Psychic Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Employee Job Stress. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Internal Conflict, Psychic Work Environment, Job Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Konflik Internal dan Lingkungan Kerja Psikis terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23.0, responden pada penelitian ini adalah 61 Karyawan, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jenis data dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan data jawaban responden berupa pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. dan juga data skunder. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Kecerdasan Emosional, Konflik Internal dan Lingkungan Kerja Psikis berpengaruh terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simulta (uji F). Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan. Konflik Internal berpenaruh psositif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja Psikis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan.
