Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of delegative leadership, work stress and work motivation to productivity. The object for this research is the Sales Support division employee at Sahabat Abadi Sejahtera Company in Jakarta. This research was done to 50 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linier regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of delegative leadership, work stress and work motivation had positive and significantly influence to the productivity at Sahabat Abadi Sejahtera Company. Therefore, the result of this research shows that there are simultaneous effects between variables. Keywords : delegative leadership, work stress, work motivation, productivity Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan delegatif, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi Sales Support di PT. Sahabat Abadi Sejahtera Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau simultan, variabel kepemimpinan delegatif, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Sahabat Abadi Sejahtera Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel.
