Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is permanent employees of PT. Mayora Bank operational department. The research population is employees of PT. Mayora Bank operational department. The number of samples is 78 people. The method used in this study is to use quantitative descriptive methods. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this study show that organizational commitment variables partially have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction partially significant positive effect on turnover intention and career development has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t test). Therefore the results of this research test state that there are simultaneous influences between variables of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and career development on turnover intention at PT. Mayora Bank operational department. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Career Development, Against Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Turnover Intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Bank Mayora departemen operasional. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Bank Mayora departemen operasional. Jumlah sampel 78 orang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t). Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Bank Mayora departemen operasional. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karir, Terhadap Turnover Intention.
