Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a causal approach. Analysis of the data used is the 2018 PLS data analysis method. The results of the study show that job training is not significant for employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Training, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data PLS 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan.
