Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, transactional leadership, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Multi Energi Selaras (Meso). The population in this study were employees of the sales marketing department of PT Multi Energi Selaras (Meso), which numbered 68 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 68 employees. The sampling method uses Saturated Samples. Methods Data analysis in this study uses Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Transactional Leadership, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Multi Energi Selaras (Meso). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian sales marketing PT Multi Energi Selaras (Meso) yang berjumlah 68 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 68 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sample Jenuh. Metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
