Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity at PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta, with a sample of 42 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test using SPSS. The results of the study simultaneously show that the work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta. Partially the work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta. Keywords: work environment, work discipline, job satisfaction, employee productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Mega Sukses Jaya Jakarta. Secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT.
