Abstract

Internal media is one means of communication that can be used to convey various information from an organization to the public. BMC Remedy internal media is used by the Information Technology Operations Division of PT. BNI, Tbk as a means of communication, such as the delivery of branch complaints related to IT; Submission of official branch letters digitally; as a media monitoring or recording constraints regarding IT; and can also measure the performance of employees who use it. This study aims to measure whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of BMC Remedy internal media on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk, and measures how much influence the effectiveness of BMC Remedy internal media on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach in the form of distributing questionnaires to correspondents. The sampling used is total sampling, where the working group of the Information Technology Operations Division is sampled. Data processing is done using the SPSS version 25 program. The final results of this study can be seen that the effectiveness of internal media BMC Remedy application has an effect on improving the performance of employees of the Information Technology Operational Division of PT. BNI, Tbk, this is indicated by the absence of r count which is lower than r table, variable X is 0.836 and variable Y is 0.903. But there are still things that need to be improved, namely the face / interface when first accessing this internal media because there are some respondents who state that the display interface is not suitable reflecting that the internal media is related to technology. Keywords: Internal media, BMC Remedy, employee performance Media Internal merupakan salah satu sarana komunikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi dari suatu organisasi kepada khalayak. Media internal BMC Remedy digunakan oleh Divisi Operasional Teknologi Informasi PT. BNI, Tbk sebagai sarana komunikasi, seperti penyampaian keluhan cabang terkait dengan IT; penyampaian surat resmi cabang secara digital; sebagai media monitoring atau pencatatan kendala-kendala mengenai IT; dan juga dapat mengukur kinerja pegawai yang menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur apakah terdapat pengaruh dari efektivitas media internal BMC Remedy terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk, dan mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh efektivitas media internal BMC Remedy terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada koresponden. Sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling, dimana kelompok kerja Divisi Operasional Teknologi Informasi yang dijadikan sampel. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa efektivitas media internal aplikasi BMC Remedy berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai Divisi Operasional Teknologi Informasi PT. BNI, Tbk, hal ini ditunjukan dengan tidak adanya r hitung yang lebih rendah dari r table, variabel X sebesar 0,836 dan variabel Y sebesar 0,903. Namun masih ada hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu tampilan muka/ interface saat pertama kali mengakses media internal ini karena ada beberapa responden yang menyatakan bahwa tampilan interface kurang sesuai mencerminkan bahwa media internal tersebut berhubungan dengan teknologi.
