Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life on the job satisfaction of Polytechnic of State Finance STAN employees. This research is a comparative causal study using quantitative research method. Based on the calculation of the Slovin formula with 5% error, the number of samples for this study were 200 respondents from a population of 398 employees of Polytechnic of State Finance STAN using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of quality of work life job satisfaction; (4) there is a positive and significant influences of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life simultaneously on job satisfaction, with value of r square = 0,486. Organizational citizenship behavior has the biggest influence on employee job satisfaction. Management in the Polytechnic of State Financial STAN is advised to ensure and pay close attention to the application of transformational leadership especially on individualized consideration dimension, organizational citizenship especially on courtesy dimension, and the quality of working life especially on adequate and fair compensation dimension, to improve employee job satisfaction. Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, quality of work life, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal komparatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dihitung dengan metode Slovin dan menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi obyek penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang dipilih dari total populasi 398 pegawai Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN. Data dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai r square = 0,486. Organizational citizenship behavior memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan kerja. Manajemen Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN disarankan agar memberikan perhatian dan memastikan secara seksama penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional terutama pada dimensi individualized consideration, organizational citizenship behavior terutama pada dimensi cortesy, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terutama pada dimensi adequate and fair compensation untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.
