Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institution image, word of mouth, trust and implications for the intention to pay zakat through LAZ Rumah Zakat. The object of this research is muzaki/people who know LAZ Rumah Zakat. This research was conducted on 105 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and used purposive sampling for sampling. Analysis of the data used is SEM where data processing uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 program.The results showed that the variable image of the institution, word of mouth and trust had a significant positive influence on the interest in distributing zakat at LAZ Rumah Zakat. While the variable image of the institution and word of mouth has a significant influence on trust. This is evidenced by the results of the bootstrap hypothesis test. Keywords: image of the institution, word of mouth, trust, intention to pay zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra lembaga , word of mouth dan kepercayaan serta implikasinya terhadap minat berzakat melalui LAZ Rumah Zakat. Objek penelitian ini adalah muzaki/masyarakat yang mengenal LAZ Rumah Zakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 105 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dimana pengolahan data menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra lembaga, word of mouth dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat meyalurkan zakat di LAZ Rumah Zakat. Sementara variabel citra lembaga dan word of mouth memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis bootstrap. Kata kunci : citra lembaga, word of mouth, kepercayaan dan minat berzakat.
