Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze Organizational Culture influence, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera. This research method is descriptive method. The object of this research is all employees of PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera which is placed in Showroom Plaza Toyota with a population of 73 people. The sampling technique used samples saturated with all employees. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that organizational culture gives a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment provides a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline provides a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera yang di tempatkan di Showroom Plaza Toyota dengan populasi 73 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan seluruh karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart- PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari variabel bebas. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
