Abstract

Leadership style, work motivation and work discipline are three of several factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees of PT. JST Indonesia. To prove the influence of the three, this research was carried out with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The Research conducted at PT. JST Indonesia by taking 30 employees as research samples. The population of this study are employees who work at PT. JST Indonesia. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a Likert scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Then the test is carried out quantitatively, namely by describing the research data and conducting inference analysis, validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple regression analysis method is used as an analytical tool while testing the hypothesis is done by t-test and f-test. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS for window version 20 application tool. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Leadership Style of Work Motivation and Work Discipline be maintained and improved so that employee performance and work results also increase. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja merupakan tiga dari beberapa faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. JST Indonesia. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh ketiganya maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. JST Indonesia dengan mengambil 30 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. JST Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan skala likert dari sangat setuju sampai sangat tidak setuju. Kemudian pengujian dilakukan dengan Kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian dan melakukan analisis inferensi, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-f. Pengelolahan data di lakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS for window versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka Gaya Kepemimpinan Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja disarankan untuk dipertahankan dan tetap ditingkatkan agar kinerja karyawan dan hasil kerjanya juga meningkat.
