Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of job satisfaction and organizational climate to organizational citizenship behavior. The object of this research is employees at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. This research was conducted on 60 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regressions test. The result of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational climate have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. From the simultaneous test result (f) and the (t) partial result show the significant point of two independent variables supporting the hypothesis. Therefore, the result of this research are, there is an influence between job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. Dari hasil uji (f) simultan dan hasil (t) parsial menunjukkan titik signifikan dari dua variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri.
