Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance at PT Unex Aviation Services. The object of this research is employees of PT Unex Aviation Services. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees by using random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from HRD and through field research survey by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents of PT Unex Aviation Services employees. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study indicate that for the variable influence of leadership style there are positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, and for Organizational Culture and Compensation variable there is a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. It has been proven from the resolt of (f) simoultan test and the result of (t) partial shows sig-nificant point three indepndent variables that supports the hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance at PT Unex Aviation Services. The object of this research is employees of PT Unex Aviation Services. Keywords: The influence of leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at pt.unex aviation services. Penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Unex Aviation Services. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 81 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dipeoleh dari HRD serta melaluin survey penelitian lapangan dengan menyebar kuisoner pada 81 responden karyawan PT. Unex Aviation Services. Data dianalisa dengan menggunkan regrewsi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan untuk variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi tedapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Harl ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menujukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Unex Aviation Services. [[Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
