Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The object of this research is the trucking division at PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi located in Bekasi. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, compensation variables affect employee performance while motivation and organizational commitment do not affect the performance of employees in the trucking division of PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (f test) and the results of the partial test (t test) also showing the significant value of the compensation variable that supports the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study state that there are simultaneous effects between compensation variables on employee performance while work motivation and organizational commitment variables do not affect the performance of PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi's trucking division employees in Bekasi. Keywords: compensation, work motivation, organizational commitment, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah divisi trucking pada PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi yang berlokasi di Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi trucking PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari variabel kompensasi yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Marshinta Jaya Transportasi Divisi trucking di Bekasi.
