Abstract
The nurses’ performance of MMC Hospital over the past three years has shown a decline so it is necessary to know the causes. The purpose of this study are to see the impact of job satisfaction, remuneration, and organizational citizenship behavior on nurse’s performance of MMC hospital. Quantitative method research is used for this research by using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and 150 respondents were selected according to Slovin Formula. The results showed that job satisfaction, remuneration and organizational citizenship behavior partially had a significant and positive effect on nurse’s performance of MMC hospital. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, remuneration and organizational citizenship behavior significantly influence nurse’s performance of MMC hospitals. This result implies that the need for companies to improve nurse’s performance by increasing the strongest dimension of organizational citizenship behavior variables, that is sportsmanship, supervison dimensions on job satisfaction variables, and performance-based remuneration dimensions on remuneration variables. Novelty for this research is empirical research on the effect of job satisfaction, remuneration and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance carried out on different research subjects that is nurses in MMC hospitals. MMC selama tiga tahun terakhir menunjukkan penurunan untuk itu sekiranya perlu mengetahui faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja, remunerasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit MMC. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan adalah simple random sampling dan terpilih sebanyak 150 responden yang sesuai dengan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, remunerasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit MMC. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja, remunerasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit MMC. Hasill ini berimplikasi bahwa perlunya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dengan meningkatan dimensi terkuat dari variabel organizational citizenship behaviour yaitu sportsmanship, dimensi pengawasan atasan atas variabel kepuasan kerja, dan dimensi remunerasi berbasis kinerja atas variabel remunerasi. Novelty atas penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris atas pengaruh kepuasan kerja, remunerasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan pada subyek penelitian yang berbeda yaitu perawat di RS.
