Abstract

This research is study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta. The data collecting technique form a questionnaire by using interval scale. This research was conducted on 104 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hepotesis test. For that reason, the method of data analysis is using a statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, organizational culture variables, work discipline, and work environment influence on employee performance at PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence appeared between the variables Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Environment Against Employee Performance At PT Glico Indonesia. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance, PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala interval. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 104 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hepotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Glico Indonesia, Jakarta.
